Games on foot – while children arrive
Riding first up if it’s a hot day ; ride after morning tea if cold
Collect helmet
Groom one’s allocated horse / pony
Saddle up ( with assistance from one’s instructor )
Riding adventure
Unsaddle & groom
Watch / learn how to hose down a pony
Clean the stables
Morning tea - Bring morning tea. Fairy Bread platters also provided
What to wear: Stretchy long pants, t shirt, closed in footwear (preferably riding boots), sunscreen
Bag to bring:
SUMMER:Morning tea, lunch, water bottle, shorts, spare t-shirt, hat, sandles or thongs, small towel
AUTUMN:Morning tea, lunch, water bottle, rain coat, hat, gum boots
WINTER:Morning tea, lunch, water bottle, jumper, rain coat, gum boots
SPRING:Morning tea, lunch, water bottle, shorts, light jumper, hat
