Booking and Cancellation:

To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please log onto EC Pro and make adjustments to the upcoming session at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Upon cancellation, the lesson credit will be reinstated as online EC PRO Account Credit only.

For an EC PRO Account Credit refund, all changes (cancellations/rescheduling) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. No refund or account credit will be provided if the notice period is less than 24 hours. Clients and or Riders are You are responsible for their bookings & re-booking (if you wish to change the date & time).

Please note that an account credit refund pertains solely to EC PRO account credit. We do not issue refunds through bank transfers, cash, or alternative methods. By booking through our website, social media platforms, phone, or any other contact forms, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy and terms and conditions stated on our website: www.theoutlookridingacademy.com.au.

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Agistments using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Agistments directly. The Outlook Riding Academy is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
